At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2025, Croatia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 4.5% compared to 2024, reaching 21.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 17.1%.

Croatia ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.2% (from 19.6% in 2020).
