At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2016, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.0% compared to 2015, reaching 8.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.8%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.5% (from 8.9% in 2011).
