At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2025, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 14.5% compared to 2024, reaching 33.7%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.3%.

Estonia ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 18.6% (from 41.4% in 2020).
