At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2023, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 1.6% compared to 2022, reaching 25.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.9%.

Estonia ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.3% (from 24.2% in 2018).
