Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2023, Finland's main indicators increased by 6.4% compared to 2022, reaching 50.8%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 24.6%.

Finland ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 23.3% (from 41.2% in 2018).
