At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2005, France's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 3.1% compared to 2004, reaching 12.3%.

France ranks 16th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 18.0% (from 15.0% in 2000).
