At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2015, Germany's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.0% compared to 2014, reaching 16.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.4%.

Germany ranks 12th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.1% (from 15.6% in 2010).
