At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2006, Greece's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 8.2% compared to 2005, reaching 25.6%.

Greece ranks 6th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 22.4% (from 33.0% in 2001).
