At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2006, Hungary's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 17.4% compared to 2005, reaching 15.5%.

Hungary ranks 13th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 29.2% (from 12.0% in 2001).
