Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2017, Hungary's main indicators increased by 3.0% compared to 2016, reaching 7.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 31.1%.

Hungary ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 24.0% (from 6.1% in 2012).
