Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2016, Hungary's main indicators decreased by 0.8% compared to 2015, reaching 14.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 18.0%.

Hungary ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.9% (from 14.0% in 2011).
