Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2018, Latvia's main indicators increased by 2.6% compared to 2017, reaching 40.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 19.1%.

Latvia ranks 3rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.1% (from 37.0% in 2013).
