Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2010, Latvia's main indicators increased by 110.7% compared to 2009, reaching 4.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 5.5%.

Latvia ranks 14th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 66.5% (from 2.4% in 2005).
