At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2016, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 6.4% compared to 2015, reaching 20.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.8%.

Lithuania ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.8% (from 19.1% in 2011).
