Lithuania accounts for 117.9% of the EU-27 total of 24.6.

Lithuania ranks 3rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 3.7% (from 30.1 in 2019).
