At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2021, Luxembourg's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 24.7% compared to 2020, reaching 9.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.7%.

Luxembourg ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.6% (from 8.7% in 2016).
