At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2011, Netherlands's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 10.2% compared to 2010, reaching 6.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 15.1%.

Netherlands ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.1% (from 5.8% in 2006).
