At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2019, Poland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 3.1% compared to 2018, reaching 13.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 18.7%.

Poland ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 39.9% (from 22.3% in 2014).
