Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2017, Slovakia's main indicators decreased by 10.5% compared to 2016, reaching 7.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 7.5%.

Slovakia ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 24.2% (from 5.6% in 2012).
