Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2020, Slovakia's main indicators increased by 11.4% compared to 2019, reaching 9.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 10.3%.

Slovakia ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.3% (from 8.6% in 2015).
