Slovakia accounts for 76.5% of the EU-27 total of 8.81.

Slovakia ranks 17th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 58.5% (from 16.3 in 2015).
