In 2014, Slovenia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 16.6% compared to 2013, reaching 17.1%.
The figure is above the EU-27 average of 13.2%.
Slovenia ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.
Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 14.5% (from 20.0% in 2009).
