In 2016, Slovenia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 2.6% compared to 2015, reaching 15.2%.
The figure is below the EU-27 average of 18.2%.
Slovenia ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.
Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.3% (from 15.0% in 2011).
