At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2005, Spain's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.9% compared to 2004, reaching 21.3%.

Spain ranks 1st out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.1% (from 19.0% in 2000).
