At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2002, Sweden's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 22.2% compared to 2001, reaching 11.0%.

Sweden ranks 7th out of 11 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 37.5% (from 8.0% in 1997).
