The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Warsaw. The target group of the project consists of a total of 1041 people (631 women, 410 men) aged 30 years and above belonging to disadvantaged groups without a job in Warsaw, for whom the I or II profile of the aid was defined, including: 1. 811 people (489 women, 322 men) who will receive support (in the form of training, traineeships, employment in an equipped or retrofit job) in the project, including: 1.1 people aged 50 and over – 273 people (160 w…

Thematic Objective 8 supports sustainable and quality employment — youth-employment initiatives, active labour-market policies, self-employment incentives, modernisation of public-employment services.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €1.9M toward a total project cost of €2.3M — a co-funding rate of 80%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
