The aim of the project is to obtain competences and qualifications of SME employees in accordance with their needs. 5000 (2450K/2550M) employees of SME companies and/or managers of an enterprise in the SME sector will be supported, excluding persons under imprisonment belonging to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the region. Thematic Objective 8 supports sustainable and quality employment — youth-employment initiatives, active labour-market policies, self-employment incentives, modernisation of public-employment services.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €8.4M toward a total project cost of €9.9M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
