Development Services for Bytom Enterprises. The Bytom’s Entity Financing System.
During the project period, of the 1854 % K group of workers, including self-employed persons (including 185 50+ and 538 low-skilled people), 440 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, a minimum of 1391 employees (inhabiting/working in the revitalised area of the Bytom OSI) of the SME sector (including 50 %K) will be qualified or acquired competences in line with the needs of SMEs. Thanks to which a minimum of 264 companies will achieve their development goal. SMEs will be given the opportunity to co-finance development services.
About the Sustainable and quality employment objective
Thematic Objective 8 supports sustainable and quality employment — youth-employment initiatives, active labour-market policies, self-employment incentives, modernisation of public-employment services.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €4.8M toward a total project cost of €5.7M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
