The project is the result of an initiative Catching up regions, implementations by the EC, MR and UMW, whose activities were to examine the needs of the holiday. The SME analysis showed that advisory services in support of SMEs should be profiled in terms of industry and business characteristics, and that an effective service is a tailor-made service to the needs of each company.
