Improving quality of follow-up care Jihlava Hospital

The aim of the project is to increase the quality and accessibility of follow-up health care residents of the region of Vysočina, provided in connection with 4 centres of highly specialised care Jihlava Hospital and trauma center of FN Brno. The project will include laboratories, rehabilitation and physical medicine, endoscopy workplaces, operating rooms, urgent income and subsequent intensive and long-term nursing care, which will have a significant effect on improving the quality of the services of follow-up care in the region.
