Thematic Objective 10 backs education, skills and lifelong learning — early-school-leaving reduction, vocational training, adult-skills retraining, higher-education quality and access.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €3.7M toward a total project cost of €5.0M — a co-funding rate of 75%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
