Improving the working processes and reducing the administrative burden in the field of copyright and related rights, by developing and introducing standards, methodologies, electronic systems and services that optimise the decision-making processes within the Romanian Copyright Office oriented to citizens and the business environment and ensure a high degree of protection of the rights subsumed in this field, through easy means, including in the digital environment;

Thematic Objective 11 supports more efficient public administration — capacity building of public bodies, anti-corruption measures, judicial-reform support, e-administration.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €2.4M toward a total project cost of €2.8M — a co-funding rate of 84%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
