Strengthening the administrative/institutional capacity of the Ministry of Environment and the subordinated structures by developing systems and standards that optimise the public policy process in the field of biodiversity protection, by implementing the Nagoya Protocol and by developing the necessary guidelines for the purpose of uniform national implementation of the appropriate assessment procedure, in line with the CAPS.
