Increase the administrative capacity of the Ministry of Health and the County/Bucharest Public Health Directorates by simplifying the procedures related to the approval and authorisation services provided exclusively by the MS/DSP to natural and legal persons in order to reduce the administrative burden for citizens and business, by implementing IT solutions.

Thematic Objective 11 supports more efficient public administration — capacity building of public bodies, anti-corruption measures, judicial-reform support, e-administration.
