Development of the institutional capacity of the Ministry of Health and Public Health Directorates of County and Bucharest, respectively, in order to simplify the procedures for health regulation
Increase the administrative capacity of the Ministry of Health and the County/Bucharest Public Health Directorates by simplifying the procedures related to the approval and authorisation services provided exclusively by the MS/DSP to natural and legal persons in order to reduce the administrative burden for citizens and business, by implementing IT solutions.

Thematic Objective 11 supports more efficient public administration — capacity building of public bodies, anti-corruption measures, judicial-reform support, e-administration.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €3.6M toward a total project cost of €4.2M — a co-funding rate of 84%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
