The proposed project contributes to the development and introduction of common systems and standards in public administration that optimise decision-making processes oriented towards citizens and businesses in line with SCAP. The implementation of this project aims to apply the evidence-based policy system in the Ministry of Water Environment and Forests in order to achieve: — The Waste Code through the systematisation and simplification of extensive waste regulations. simplified procedures for reducing administrative burdens for business in the field of climate change.
About the Efficient public administration objective
Thematic Objective 11 supports more efficient public administration — capacity building of public bodies, anti-corruption measures, judicial-reform support, e-administration.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €1.3M toward a total project cost of €1.5M — a co-funding rate of 84%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
