Creation of the strategic and operational framework for national and regional planning and reorganisation of health services

The general objective of the project is to strengthen the capacity of the health sector, to formulate and implement health policies to ensure equitable access to quality health services, reduce important inequalities in health, optimise the use of resources in health services at increased cost-effectiveness using evidence-based medicine, as close as possible to the needs of the individual and the community, by developing strategic and operational documents and implementing the measures contained therein.

Thematic Objective 11 supports more efficient public administration — capacity building of public bodies, anti-corruption measures, judicial-reform support, e-administration.
