This is a project to convert a pig farm located in the commune of Bailly Romainvilliers. This conversion has been made necessary by urban development and the development of leisure activities. The discontinuation of this breeding posed the problem of the disappearance of the lactoserum value chain produced by the various dairies in the territory and the abolition of the jobs attached to the agricultural holding.
