The project aims to enable Walloon SME managers and the self-employed, with the support of their teams of workers, to take ownership of creative practice for their developments (new projects, new services/products) in order to increase their competitiveness while emphasising local and human anchoring. It is with a view to sustainable development, understood in its three aspects (social, economic and environmental) that the project intends to support and train entrepreneurs, Walloon managers and their workers. About the Sustainable and quality employment objective

Thematic Objective 8 supports sustainable and quality employment — youth-employment initiatives, active labour-market policies, self-employment incentives, modernisation of public-employment services.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €260k toward a total project cost of €520k — a co-funding rate of 50%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
