The general project ‘accompanying towards employment’ is used on the sustainable entry into employment and the sustainability of this employment. The target group can be generally described as a vulnerable target group who, without further support, has a significantly reduced chance of employment, often due to an accredited educational course and/or limited qualification.
About the Sustainable and quality employment objective
Thematic Objective 8 supports sustainable and quality employment — youth-employment initiatives, active labour-market policies, self-employment incentives, modernisation of public-employment services.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €510k toward a total project cost of €1.3M — a co-funding rate of 40%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
