Municipality of Byala, and Commune Gradinari are partnering in the present project proposal aiming for improvement of cooperation and more effective public institutions in the cross border region Romania – Bulgaria. The project activities are addressing common problem in the region in the face of lack of synchronization in the efforts of the institutions to provide efficient services to the population. About the Efficient public administration objective

Thematic Objective 11 supports more efficient public administration — capacity building of public bodies, anti-corruption measures, judicial-reform support, e-administration.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €920k toward a total project cost of €1.1M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
