The aim of the project is to strengthen the institutional capacity of municipal or district governments (or their partnerships) to absorb funds under cohesion policy (PS) and MST, with particular emphasis on the Just Transition Fund (JTF), and to develop model solutions for the transition towards a climate-neutral economy at local level.The project responds to the challenges posed by the new EU strategy “European Green Deal” (EZŁ) to better link socio-economic development with actions that reduce negative environmental and climate impacts.
