Family and work in the Moravian-Silesian Region

The project is aimed at supporting and helping to find a suitable job when returning to the labour market to candidates or jobseekers who take care of children under the age of 15 or other close/dependent persons. The project is of a complex nature and will support participants in their efforts to strengthen their skills for the current labour market, so as to increase their employability. At the same time, suitable employers of disadvantaged persons will be motivated to employ the target group of the project in the labour market.

About the Sustainable and quality employment objective

Thematic Objective 8 supports sustainable and quality employment — youth-employment initiatives, active labour-market policies, self-employment incentives, modernisation of public-employment services.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €3.9M toward a total project cost of €4.5M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
