Infrastructures Auvergne Very High-speed FttH service deployed from the S2-2021 Phase 3
The purpose of the operation concerns milestone No. 17 (2nd half of 2021) of the ATHD RIP. It is a milestone to catch up on the delays caused by COVID and its health restrictions measures. The Auvergne Rhône Alpes Region, as a bearer of SDTAN, as well as the four Auvergnat Departments, finance through the RAN, and with the help of the State, the digital coverage of rural areas, which are not subject to private investment. A partnership contract was signed in 2013 for 24 years, and has planned 3 phases of deployment organised in semi-annual milestones.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €23.8M toward a total project cost of €33.3M — a co-funding rate of 72%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
