Reflection on the impact of the ESIF on the position of women in the labour market
The aim of the project is to evaluate the results and objectives of the Partnership Agreement (DoP) in the field of gender equality in the programming period 2014 to 2020. The starting point is the DoP, which identifies the promotion of equality between men and women and non-discrimination as one of the fundamental priorities to ensure coherence with the Europe 2020 strategy. The main identified problems and development needs described in this document include the difficult reconciliation of private and working life and the unequal position of women in the labour market.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €237k toward a total project cost of €279k — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
