The Reverse Pyramid of Benefits
The aim of the project is to create legal and organizational conditions for reversing the pyramid of benefits (OPŚ). The goal will be achieved by developing assumptions and implementing systemic solutions, understood in particular as a comprehensive revision of the definition of settlement products in the ordinances of the President of the NFZ and proposing legislative changes, in particular modifications to the ordinances of the Minister of Health.
