The aim of the project is to develop the potential of urban policy actors in terms of the territorial dimension of cohesion policy, to strengthen the administrative capacity of local government units and other entities, and to support the implementation of activities aimed at conducting effective urban policy, conducting development activities and strengthening activities implemented within the participatory budget. Co-funding: the EU contributes €13.3M toward a total project cost of €16.7M — a co-funding rate of 80%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
