Reconstruction of road II/227, II/225 – border of the Central Bohemian Region, Žatec, intersection with road II/224
The intention of the submitted project is to reconstruct part of the existing road II/225, a link between the towns Klášterec nad Ohří and Žatec and to it in Žatec a downstream road II/227, the main road from the town of Žatec to the border of the Central Bohemian Region, the direction of Rakovník. Part of the project is reconstruction of existing bridges, culverts and road accessories.Realisation of the project will improve the quality of connection to surrounding areas and significant regional communication D/6 (I/6), or even at Kláštereck road I/13.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €11.8M toward a total project cost of €13.9M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
