LOCAL GROW GPD with Smart RE BOX solution.
The project concerns the development and marketing of the Smart RE BOX product, a folding and modular box made of recycled plastic, equipped with smart IoT technology. The main purpose of the operation is to solve the problem of damage to seedlings during delivery caused by inadequate packaging solutions, as well as to improve logistics processes in the industry. Smart RE BOX enables seedling vendors to deliver their goods to end customers in optimal condition, while reducing environmental impact through recycled material, reusable packaging and reducing microplastics in the environment.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €61k toward a total project cost of €72k — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
