II/208 Modernisation of the road Hlinky – Bochov
The object of the project is the reconstruction of the existing section of Road II/208, which is located in the Karlovy Vary Region. The aim of the project is to increase safety and comfort of road traffic. As part of the reconstruction, the road structure will be reinforced, the road cover is upgraded, and the width arrangement is optimised. The construction also includes modernisation of the bridge no. 208-005. The total length of the modernised section is 11.392 km. The road is an important part of the road network of the Karlovy Vary Region.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €4.7M toward a total project cost of €5.6M — a co-funding rate of 83%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
