The project concerns the complete energy renovation of the "Albert Laurent" building, a functionalist-style building, designed for use as a geriatric centre (1971-1977) by the architects René Aerts and Paul Ramon of the Forum Group. Taken from the 1939-1999 thematic heritage inventory, the building of approximately 7500m2 is located at avenue Selliers de Moranville, 91 to 1082 Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, and is the main building of the CPAS de Berchem-Sainte-Agathe.
